专利说明:

The present invention relates to a device for a post for a vehicle's load platform and / or trailer and with a trolley runnable in grooves at the vehicle's roof structure or other upper part and that the post is releasably attachable to the longitudinal side portion of the load platform etc.
In the case of known posts of the specified type and which are fastened together with the vehicle's floor and roof construction, there are problems with being able to place the posts at right angles to the floor and roof of the vehicle. Said problems arise and are especially difficult to deal with when the vehicle is parked on a sloping surface and when wind and other troublesome external factors act on and affect the pole. This can also be a problem in favorable weather and terrain conditions due to the post's high center of gravity. In order to be able to move the post after it has been released from locking engagement, some form of trolley which runs in grooves is usually used in a roof construction of the load platform and / or trailer or similar upper part of the vehicle in question and be able to lock the post therewith. Such a trolley creates problems when the post is lifted and the trolley is released from the post due to whether it is telescopic.
Due to any play in the attachments and also in the telescopic part, the post can then cause the trolley to move by itself in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and the track.
As a result, the problem arises that the post does not end up at right angles to the ceiling and floor and between them. If the post is not at a right angle between floor and ceiling, it can be difficult to guide the post into the associated post attachment. The distances between the posts may also vary and this may mean that the horizontal canopy boards in question may fall out of position in their pockets in the posts. The main object of the present invention is thus in the first place to be able to solve e.g. the above problems in a safe way.
Said object is achieved by means of a device according to the present invention, which is mainly characterized in that the carriage is resiliently susceptible to the weight of the post and provided with projections projecting in the upward direction from the carriage for frictional cooperation with said grooves in raised position of the post for releasable holding. and post to the track and for release from the track at the loaded position of the carriage to allow the carriage and post to be moved along the track.
The invention is described below as a number of preferred embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows an example of a post in clamped position between roof and flat and during incipient release position, Fig. 2 shows the upper part of the post with its carriage in clamped position for the post, Fig. 3 shows the post in the disengaged position with the chair free to move laterally in the desired direction across the post, Fig. 4 shows the upper part of the post with the trolley in the disengaged position with the post slidable laterally, Figs. 5 and 6 show a side view Fig. 7 shows a longitudinal sectional view through the upper rail at the area of a carriage in the held position of the carriage, Fig. 8 shows a longitudinal sectional view through the rail and with the carriage in the disengaged position, Fig. 9 shows a cross-sectional view of the rail and with the trolley in the disengaged position, Figs. 10-112 show a second variant of a trolley with resilient wheels, and Figs. 13-15 show a third variant of a trolley with resilient wheels.
A device 1 at a respective post 2, which is intended to be used for vehicle load bed and / or for trailer and with trolley 3 which is arranged runnable in suitable groove 4 at the vehicle's roof structure 5 or at another upper part and with post 2 lockable to the load bed etc. longitudinal lower side portion 6, includes special features of said carriage 3, regarding its suspension and abutment against the track 4. Said features are included in the fact that the carriage 3 is resiliently susceptible to the weight of the post and is provided with upward direction 7 from the carriage 3 projecting projection 8 for frictional cooperation with said groove 4A in raised position I of the post 2, for locking carriage 3 and post 2 to the track 4 and for release from the track 4 at the loaded position of the carriage 11 for allowing carriage 3 and post 2 to be moved together along the track 4.
According to the preferred exemplary embodiment, the upper part 9 of the post has a T-shaped profile, seen from the side of the post 2 and the vehicle in question, the forming legs l1, l1 projecting in each direction 10, 11 on the upper part 14 of the post being arranged to provide suspension for post 2.
The upper part 14 of the post is formed from a plate with its two legs 13, 13 in cut-out shape and weakened to thereby provide resilience possibilities. In this case, the forming legs of the plate 12, 10, are in such a way that a certain suspension is produced at a certain load 2, which corresponds to the weight of a post.
Along the extent of the respective post at its upper part 14, seen along said legs 12, 13 are paired wheels 15, 16, 17, 18; 19, 20, 21 distributed and intended to run in suitable grooves 4 along its running direction 10, 11. Fig. 9 shows the distribution of the wheel pair 19-21 with one wheel in each wheel pair located on each side of a hanging post.
A said projection 8 is located at the vertical center line 22 of the post and is formed by a preferably pointed portion projecting in the upward direction 23, which forms part of or as a separately mounted part, separated from the upper part 9 of the carriage. Suitable material in said projection 8 is aluminum or other similar soft metallic material. The rail is also preferably formed of the same material.
Separate resilient pressure rollers shown in the drawings may be arranged to cause the carriage to be pressed in the downward direction 24. Furthermore, a telescopic construction 25 may be arranged to act between the post 2 and the associated carriage 3.
Figs. 1 and 3 show at the bottom of the post 2 a manually actuable combined opening and locking mechanism 26 for the post 2 and which is of a previously known type.
The nature of the invention is clearly explained in the above and is also seen in the accompanying drawings.
Function is as follows: In unloaded carriage 3 and when the lifting movement of the post 2 begins, the weight of the post is transferred to the lifting handle 26A of the opening and locking mechanism 26, the carriage 3 springs back and causes the projection 8, which acts as a friction pin, to engage with said groove 4 10 l5 20 25 30 upper groove surface 4A. The trolley 3 is thus firmly attached to the track 4 and holds the post 2 in place.
When the carriage 3 is loaded when the post 2 hangs freely in the carriage 3 or before the post 2 is placed in the associated bracket and before the lifting movement of the mechanism 26 has begun, the carriage 3 springs down due to the weight of the post. Thereby the said friction pin 8 is released from engagement with the upper downwardly facing surface 4A of the groove, after which the carriage 3 and associated post 2 can move freely along the groove 4. Thus, in summary, said problems which may arise with known posts and carriages through the invention in this way that the carriage 3 which is loaded by the weight of the post and / or resilient pressure rollers or the like, and orients the post 2 perpendicular to the surface against which the carriage 3 runs, is provided with a resilient device and a protrusion 8 which can create friction. When the carriage 3 is loaded by the weight of the post, the resilient device is compressed so that the projection 8 is not engaged. When the post 2 is placed in the correct position and lifted, the resilient device is decompressed, which means that the projection 8 comes into engagement with the groove 4A and prevents the carriage 3 from moving in the longitudinal direction 10-1 of the vehicle.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, in particular as regards the nature of the various parts, or by the use of equivalent technology, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the claims.
